Submitted for the approval of devotees everywhere, it is the intention of this archive to detail the life and writing of the celebrated detective story writer and critic, Colin Watson. Watson's career, cut short by his sudden death in the early 80s, spanned three decades, is best recognised for the Flaxborough Chronicles, tales of mystery, suspense, intrigue, and the curious doings of the inhabitants of the eastern market town of Flaxborough.
