Removed Lawrence, Kansas from the Legislative alert section, they choose to do the right thing and not produce breed specific legislation. They are opting for better dangerous dog legislation that treat dogs by action, not by breed. Kudos to all those who communicated the unfairness and legalities of breed specific legislation to the Lawrence commissioners.

Also removed the music again, it was more of a nuisance and added to the page size, more than providing any type of benefit.

Updated the code of federal regulations to 1999 version and include section 113.209 rabies vaccine. Moved all the wolfdog myths files into one file titled "Infamous Wolfdog Myths".

Removed Texas and all other outdated alerts.
The bills before the Texas Legislature have all dropped wolf and wolf hybrid from the wording on the dangerous wild animal bills. Updated the News flash.

April 7th, 1999

Added Dr. Nowak letter dated Jan. 6, 1999. Have noticed the page counter keeps re-setting for some odd reason. Will get around to adding more state and local codes as time permits.

Updated "Wolfdog Issues and Links by State" section. All states are now created and linked. Added an email address directory of congress people, state governments, and media entities for each state.
